Salil started episode two in 2026 after serving as a Consultant, Project Manager, Job Captain, Associate Architect at various Architectural firms and Project Management Consultant in the United States and New Zealand.As a Design Principal, he manages projects in multiple project sectors and serves as a design lead/ construction manager and coordinator of integrated artwork elements across the firm. He strives to connect people and communities to their environments through architectural art.Before starting his firm, he worked at different architectural firms in USA, New Zealand and India which helped him to gain knowledge about management and production for a wide range of project types, including commercial, mixed-use, affordable housing, and private residential in the USA, New Zealand, Dubai, and India.
